- Fit and Functionality: We guarantee that any recommended replacement rooftop air conditioner or heat pump you purchase from us will fit into place and function as intended (or described) when replacing your existing unit, unless otherwise noted or stated.
- No-Fit, No-Function, No-Worry Policy: In the rare event that the replacement unit does not fit or function as promised, you have two options:

Return and Refund:
If we are unable to provide the guidance and/or parts necessary to complete a functional replacement of your existing unit, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us through our Contact Us page.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories and packaging. An RMA is required prior to return, and the item must be properly packaged and insured for shipment.
Once the return is received and inspected, a full refund of the original order total will be issued.
How to Claim the AC Fit & Function Guarantee:

Contact our customer support team via the Contact Us page within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process and receive an RMA number. Ship the product back to us in its original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a full refund of the original order total.

Contact our customer support team via the Contact Us page for assistance. Our team will provide the necessary guidance and, if required, identify and ship any additional parts needed to ensure a successful installation.

This guarantee is applicable only to products sold by RVProductsShop.com. This guarantee is only valid when the recommended replacement item(s) is/are confirmed via email between RV Products Shop LLC and the customer. The guarantee is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Fit & Function are the only things covered by this guarantee as sometimes there will be design or aesthetic changes to a product that will not affect the item's fit or function. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs associated with the Return and Refund option. If items are damaged or lost in transit upon return to us, it is the shipper's responsibility to handle any claims with their chosen shipping company.
